iPhone / iPad

• Enable Location Services for the Camera (so new photos actually contain GPS).
• Upload the original photo (avoid screenshots or images that were sent via messaging/social apps first).
• If you see any option like Include Location / Metadata while picking/sharing the photo, make sure it’s enabled.

Android

• Enable Location tags / Save location (sometimes called “Geotagging”) in your camera settings.
• Upload the original photo from your gallery/device storage (sharing through apps may remove location data).

If you don’t see location in your photo’s info/details on your phone, it likely wasn’t saved and can’t be uploaded.
